我公司有许多客户服务器存储在外部第三方数据中心。每个服务器都不是DC，只是工作组中的单个服务器。

My company have many customer servers stored in external third party data centres. Each server is not a DC and is just a single server in a work group.

At the moment if we want to remote desktop to one of them we can do through firewall routing and by entering a usernameand password held in a spreadsheet. Whilst this works its not a great solution as the password sheet can fall out of date and is not very secure.

I would like to implement ADFS SSO from my office domain logins over to the client servers held in the data centre.

You mean RDP via SSO? No, ADFS doesn't work that low in the application stack. It's more designed for web applications, rather than core OS components.
