We have a MVC 4 web application. We want to store response content length per user wise in database. Means when an user(logged in) hits application we want to store how much content is sent(View HTML with data, CSS or Jquery files) in the Response. We want to store this content length for Transaction limits on application says per month 5 GB.

What is the best way to do this and how to do this? Where we should write this code in Global.asax or BaseController.
