I hope this is the correct forum to ask my question pertaining to VSTS (Azure DevOps) restful api for retrieving Project Metrics. If not, please point me to the correct forum. 

My question is as follows:

• I am attempting to use the VSTS Rest API to Get Project Metrics. (i.e., GET https://dev.azure.com/{organization}/{project}/_apis/build/metrics/{metricAggregationType}?api-version=5.0-preview.1 )
• My issue is that I am trying to determine the personal access token scope that allows me to retrieve these metrics (without allowing full-access). I have tried Build and Project (read, write, manage) to no success.

I wonder if anyone has an understanding of the scope that needs to be used on a personal access token to retrieve project metrics in vsts.
