I submit an app. After several days it was (correctly) refused due to a bug. I corrected the bug, rebuild the project, went to the web site and upload them but it was again refused for the exact same bug that should have been corrected (I can't reproduce here).

So is it possible to have a step-by-step instruction on how to re-submit a failed application ?

PS: in dashboard->lifecycle it is clearly stated that application has failed certification but if I click on "Edit submission" this popup appears: "Are you sure you want to edit this submission after its been certified? This will cause the submission to start over."... IT FAILED ALREADY !
