My app is under Processing Certification since 24th August. This is an unacceptably long time to process any certification. If you cannot resolve it, please tell me the escalation process. We are paying customers of Windows Phone Store who should not be treated like this.

I'm waiting 10 working days and all I see is 'processing certification'. It is actually 'we don't do anything with your app'. It's Saturday, so I have to wait till next week... It doesn't look like they treat us seriously. They don't care. All they want is our apps so they can claim they have 100000 etc. It is not how you treat your customers who pay you money for service, who pay you big chunk of app price.
