Other VS SharePoint Add-ins I had been working on did NOT give me this error when I tried to open the .sln. So out of desperation, I deleted the virtual machine and started from scratch with a new install of Windows 10, VS 2015, and Office Developer tools. Success, that fixed the problem and I was off to complete my project. However, several hours later this exact same error returned. What in the world is causing this? The error seems to be coming from the .csproj, but I've examined the .csproj and nothing seems out of the ordinary.

UPDATE: As a test, I sign-out the current user in Visual Studio. I then signed in with a test user that has rights to Visual Studio Team Services project that is giving me this error. Voilà, the .sln in question opened without the "These projects are not supported" error. So, I then signed back in with the original user, and deleted the workspaces I had been using, and re-created a new workspace. Now everything appears to be working again. What is causing this issue?
