I'm having problems importing campaigns from AdWords. I exported a sample campaign in CSV format from AdWords editor and tried uploading it to Bing via BulkDownloadUpload.php script. The error messages thrown up were

I.e the campaign ID and ad group ID aren't working because they're being pulled from ad words. How should I go about fixing this? Is it a case of deleting the cells which contain the ID's in them?

The AdWords file schema differs from that supported by the Bulk service. For details see Bulk File Schema and Bulk File Record Types. For example you should provide the Id, Parent Id, and Time Zone fields when adding a Campaign.
