I would like to have a build process that builds my application, deploys the code to a physical server (configured with Test Agent and Build Agent, added to Lab Manager) and runs the coded ui test from a physical client machine (again configured with Test & Build Agent and added to Lab manager).

The default lab workflow template  does not allow the selection of a physical environment.  I've searched everywhere and I can't figure out a way to modify the template to allow the use of a physical environment in the deploy section.

Running build deploy test workflow is not supported on physical envrionment in VS2010.

But you can create physical environment out of physical machines and run automation/manual tests against these environment from Test Manager with various collectors.
