in my test, the htmltable  has 10 rows, I deleted one, but when i get the rowcount, it still has 10. In IE, it works fine.

We aren't aware of such thing, but I guess the app is written that away it works differently in Firefix and IE

Please check how many rows does it have using 'FireBug' Add-On. This is a freeware using which you can view the sources/scripts/elements in DOM in Firefox.
