You have two options. You need to first go back to Application Submission for your application. To do that, click "Complete" from the lifecycle page for your application.

Once you are there, you can go to the App info page and select "Distribute to all markets except those with stricter content rules." That will cause your application to not be distributed into any countries with stricter content rules (including Group 1).
