问题描述

1. Hyper-V R2 VM

Just made a new clean VM, a pilot VM.

1. Hyper-V R2 VM
2. Windows Server 2008 R2 with all the latest updates on it. Joined with the domain.
3. SQL Server 2008 R2 installed with all the latest updates installed as well.
4. SharePoint Server 2010 SP1 with Office Web Apps.
5. Created a default web app with one site collection on it. SharePoint is all fine at this stage, sites and everything seems to be working fine till here.
6. Now tried to install Project Server 2010 SP1, did this but as soon as I ran the configuration wizard I get this error.

Now on the 2nd step of the config wizard 'Initiating Upgrade sequence' it fails. I am attaching the error as a screenshot JPEG.

If anyone knows anything then please help, thanks.
