Using the V9 Bulkservice - When i create a new ad extension for a campaign say, and then synch all my latest changes via the bulk service, I am getting 1 bogus "Deleted" row. For example i create an ad extension with 4 sitelinks in say, i then synch using the BulkService and i can see the newly created Campaign Sitelink Ad Extension, but i get 5 related Sitelink Ad Extension rows. The 4 that i created, and also 1 extra 1 which just has the Deleted status, Id and ParentId.
