I have express encoder 4 on 2 different PCs.  I connect to both PCs remotely.  One PC shows previews while the other does not.  The one that can show previews is 64-bit.  The one that does not show previews is 32-bit.  Is that the reason one shows previews while the other does not? Is there a fix that will allow me to see the previews so I can edit my videos?

This is purely about the video drivers supporting VMR9 in RDP mode. If the driver supports it, we connect to it, if not, we disable the preview.

For that reason, we highly recommend not using RDP for editing within Encoder. There are plenty of other remote options that will do a better job at virtualizing the GPU which will make the preview work, like Live Windows Mesh, VNC, etc.
