I successfully deployed a Universal Windows app to a Windows Phone (10) then copied the project, renamed it (display name) without changing the package name (guid) and created a new app from the copy (different web service, different models etc.). Then I successfully deployed the new app to the same phone but the original app was strangely automatically removed. I guessed that the problem was that they shared the same guid, but I wanted both installed on the phone. I changed the package name (guid) of the second app and redeployed it successfully again, leaving the original app guid unchanged. Then I tried to deploy the first app again but it failed (registration failed error). It does continue to run successfully on local machine. I changed the package name guid on the first app and it still fails with the same error. I've restarted both the phone and my deployment workstation but can't deploy the original app. What have I done wrong?
