Hi,

My app is stuck in certification for weeks because (I believe) that the testers are not able to apply a store license.

I have provided Promo codes for them to use.
I have created a Microsoft Account that has a Store License for the app and provided the credentials.
Yet they still fail the certification because they don't have a license.

I have tried to engage with Dev Centre support. No luck.

You could offer this info in Notes for certification so that tester could see it.

If you have done it, you could send emails to [e-mail] with your specific application info.
