Trying to install the Web Application Proxy server to connect with my ADFS 3.0 system.  During the configuration wizard, I am displayed with "Unable to retrieve proxy configuration data from the Federation Server"  I have not seen too many hits searching this error message.  I verified that the ADFS server is accessible via the federation service name and that I can logon to the adfs server with the user account (enterprise level security).

The federation server proxy was not able to authenticate to the Federation Service.
