我们在Windows 2003 SP2服务器上运行BizTalk 2009（64位）。

We are running BizTalk 2009 (64 bit) on Windows 2003 SP2 server.

对于测试环境，我们已将开发团队添加到BizTalk Operators组。现在，开发人员可以禁用/启用基本的接收和发送端口。他们可以查看BT附带的那些基本端口的属性。

For Test environment, we have added development team in to BizTalk Operators group. Now developers able disable/enable basic receive and send ports. And they can vew properties of those basic ports which came with BT.

Developers should be able to view properties but should not change for these ports.
