what can I do to reduce the publishing time in project server 2010?

when I publish the project from project professional 2010, it shows it's done but when I chack queue jobs its state is "processing".it takes about 1 hour to be processed.I'm sure something is wrong here

Have you confirmed that the clocks on all servers (APP, WFE, SQL) are all properly synced? Even 1 min difference makes a huge differece on performance.
