Besides the price, the only difference between the C2050 and the C2070 is 3GB of extra memory, which will not be used in almost all Encoder scenarios. None of the tests we've done with both cards shown any advantages in using the C2070, as you are more likely to max out the computing power of the card than the memory. I would actually suggest investing the money difference in getting another C2050 if you are planning to do multiple parallel Smooth Streaming encodes, though it looks like it would be over the power limits of the T7500.
