Although its showing under "Details > Development >commit comment" in the tfs view but not able to export it using query.

I also have selected "all project" in the query while selecting the columns from columns options.

Did you add a task when you commit in the changes? If so, the comments will not be added to some place in the task work item. There will only a "Commit" link type added to the work item:

You could get detailed message)Include comments) about the commit if you click on it. So you could not get the commit comment via the linked work item.
