Hi,

When i move the cross hair to a particular control say a hyperlink in a internet page. I get a hierarchy on the left hand side panel. But if i use the navigator to get the parent, i get a different hierarchy.

I see an inconsitence between the shown hierarchy and the one obtained by navigator.  I need to understand why this inconsistence is there within the CUIT.

How to get the hierarchy shown by the CUIT builder in the left hand side panel?

For Performance optimization purposes, CUIT builder shows only the mimimum required hierarchy to find the control uniquely. It may not need the intermediate descendants in the hierarchy to find your target control, so it might skip them. If you use navigator, that pretty much shows all the supported controls in the way top->bottom or vice versa.
