If one word is translated on the same page more than once, and a moderator approves a translation change (from either translator or moderator), the change does not seem to affect all iterations of that same word on the site.

Our example is a calendar, with a list of different words for each day, some containing the same word repeatedly.  Once we approve an edited translation, we do not see a consistent change for that edited translation word through our site.  We are waiting several minutes and refreshing the page, but still the results appear to be the same each time.

We're seeing same thing where if a Moderator accepted a suggested phrase/word, that change is not consistently applied to all of the same word/phrases on the same page. It seems like an intermittent issue.
