I have a listview from which items can be dragged to another listview of the UI. When doing it with my finger one needs to hold the item for some time to be able to drag. With a mouse one can drag instantaneously. With a pen on a surface pro 3 it used to work also instantaneously (6 months ago it still worked). But testing it now with a pen, I need to hold it like a finger and then I can drag it. Sometimes it is not even being able to 'catch' the item, it might even crash the app. The listview hasn't changed regarding dragging and dropping. I have the feeling it is caused by the system and not by my app.

Anyone experienced this also, and knows a solution for this?

Could you tell me your device OS version and OS build that have different behaviors? Also can you try the official XamlDragAndDrop sample to see whether it will crash? Besides, whether it is the specific device and could you try to test it on other devices?
