I've created a basic Mail App using the Napa template and didn't change anything.  The app is simply supposed to output the subject line and the sender and recipient.  The tab appears when selecting an e-mail, but when it's clicked it throws:

I've developed another Mail App that has more code but also displays the same error.  It seems something basic is going wrong here - any ideas?
