Iam looking for some concrete solution how to design and install PWA sites and present projects in this scenarios

one PWA site for Europe Region is live and another Northern EU sister Company wants to use Project server.

i have tested on Sandbox , created another separate web application  and provisioned PWA site with another isolated ProjectWebapp DB, on the same SQL DB server but i am not sure if this is right to go ahead in Production Environment.

If you are just doing this for two companies, I think you are fine. Please do realize that whoever has access to the database will see both PWA databases.

If you have more, you might want to look into the multi-tenancy features, which are now supported for PWA in 2013.
