It is likely one of the following:

1. There is a ton of data
2. The server is slow
3. Indexing is not appropriate.

i got this problem becouse some quries are executing internally.in database on that tables.
First we have to see those executing process.
using
show prosseslist

then kill the process using process id.

killprocess processid
