I've been trying to find "datagridview" under toolbox, but I can't find it, the only thing I see is DataGrid and DatePicker. I want to know if there is maybe a package there I am missing downloading.

As far as I know, DataGridView is a windows forms control and cannot be used in a WPF window directly. For a WPF project you can see and use DataGrid control. as shown in the following screenshot. (no.1 pic is Win Form app, no.2 pic is WPF app)

如果你有一个Win Form应用程序项目，但仍然不是DataGridView控件。请转到控制面板 - >程序和功能 - >选择VS - >右键单击"更改"
