I'm getting close to what I want but it's not there yet.  I want dollars on the Y axis and average days on the X Axis.  When I hover over a dot I want it to show me the Name (in this example Opp Number).  I've gotten the name on the data label but I have hundreds of dots I want to add to this data so this isn't going to work.  Is there any way to get it to give me the name when it hovers?

Column A:  Name

Column B: # of Days

Column C: $ value of opportunities

Excel Object Model does not provide any properties to change the tooltips. However, you may generate it by handling mouse move events.
