Is there any way to prevent this behavior? It seems kind of like a bug for a 'data changed' event to fire when the data didn't change, only the formatting. This becomes particularly annoying if I, for example, change the formatting of an entire row as that generates a data changed event for every cell in the row.

For now I got around this by writing a function to compare the old data to the new and see if it actually changed, but it's not ideal (inefficient, annoying to have to call it every time I want to use a data changed event).
