Hey all, i have been working on a web site and it is already published to the web, and when anyone browses it with IE8 or IE9 it shows text only.

Some images seem to display just fine and others do not. I have an internal page you can test by clicking the "Just Busted" button and select a link.  These pages are the ones giving the biggest problem.

This was not created by EW.  You've got Office (FrontPage, Publisher, or other) old-fashioned IE-specific stuff mixed in.

IE is trying to parse the VML, which references a src image on what looks like your hard drive, which not surprisingly won't work on the web.

You also have a bunch of other Office stuff in there, including using sizes in points (pt), and the <o:p> and mso- styling, which makes no sense in a modern web page.

Frankly, I think it would be faster to start a new page in EW and do it correctly than to clean this up.
