I have been testing the Deep Zoom Creator and perhaps pushing it too far, since the export is not generating any files any more; and yet, no error message is presented.

What did I do?
I took 8 pictures of portraits.  In one eye of the person on the first picture I put another picture, resized so it fits in the eye. Then I zoomed in in this second picture and in the eye of the person on that picture I put another picture and so on for 8 pictures.

I chose as export location: D:\Temp\SD   / Image Type: Export as Composition  / Output Type: Export Images and Silverlight Project

When I hit the export button, the program is executing the export; DeepZoomOutput and DeepZoomOutput_Web directories are created but under DeepZoomOutput_Web\ClientBin\GeneratedImages no image folders are created. However the SparseImageSceneGraph.xml file is created.

What did I do wrong?
How deep can you actually go?  Is there a limit?

Hi Zephyr!
Could you post your SparseImageSceneGraph.xml or e-mail it to me kirupac.at.microsoft.com for me to look at? There is a limit (somewhere around 2 billion pixels virtualized), and we've been pretty bad at reporting when the encoder won't work properly. That's something we will do in our upcoming version.
