I am a new user to Expression Blend 4.  I went throught one of Jeremy Osbourne's tudorials to built a calculator in Blend 3.  The project was specified as 'Silverlight Project + Web'.  It runs fine in the browser.  When it came time to install the application on my desktop to run outside the brower, I didn't see the screens he shows in his tutorial and it didn't install.  Is Expression Blend 4 different than 3 in this regard?  I haven't been able to find documentation on it.

Instead of using Silverlight Project + Web, try to create from the the Silverlight Project application first.Make sure you click the Enable running application out of the browser checkbox located inside the Properties window of your project.

You can access the out-of-browser settings using Visual Studio 2010.
