I have installed this on my machine

1.Windows SharePoint Services: IntelliSense XML File
2.Windows SharePoint Services 3.0: Software Development Kit (SDK)

But still i did''t able to add the Reference

I tried in this way also:

C:\Program Files\Common Files\ Microsoft shared\Web Server Extensions\12\ISAPI\Microsoft.SharePoint.

But I did''t get it.

Help me in solving this query.
