Hello VS Forum,

I have been on the phone with Microsoft sales/pre-sales/VSsales and was unable to get some questions answered. After much research, I would like to move our DevOps (currently hosted as a resource group in Azure) to a VS Professional subscription to take advantage of cost savings and benefits.

If anybody know the answer to these questions it would be greatly appreciated ...

1) Are Express Route connections allowed to VNet in a VS Professional Annual subscription?

2) Are you allowed to buy reserved instances?

3) What does access look like for licensed VS user? an unlicensed user?
