I have situation in which I have to create multiple ST and SE transactions inside a single ISA & IEA 837P file. Right now I create a single large ISA 837P file with a single ST & SE loop. The input to this process is a single file which contains the claims that are grouped for a every individual Provider and Client combination. Like say for a particular Provider there may be any number of clients and within a particular client all the corresponding Claims are grouped. In this way any given Provider will have its information only once. So the input claims are a single large file grouped by Provider and Client. Also I have been using Single X12 837P schema for the existing process. Now how can I create a multiple ST transactions in a single file? Is it possible to use a Multi X12 837P schema with the same input file? If I can use Multiple X12 Schema, how can I achieve my goal? Any help is appreciated.
