Of cause you can deploy your project to web, I suggest you can use ClickOnce to publish your application.

And the following is a simple tutorials to publish:

Step 1: Select the target application and right click it, then choose the Properties option:

Step 2: Choose the Publish option and configure in it:

And if you want to deploy it to web, you also need to create a website in the IIS first then select it:

In Update configuration select the checkbox so that it can check for updates:
