I''m a decent c# programmer, but an absolute novice when it comes to web programming. Can anyone help me with the following? I want to download software to a requesting user, but only to users with a certain configuration. Specifically, I want to download to a user with a desktop or laptop (no tablets or smartphones) using an operating system of Windows XP or newer (no Apple). Otherwise the best you can hope for is to figure out screen size and use that to determine the type of device the client is using. See this[^].
