I have a problem about XAML and SwapChainBackgroundPanel interoperability.
SwapChainBackgroundPanel is the root XAML element, Overlaying Metro style XAML UI onto SwapChainBackgroundPanel.
Metro style XAML UI were redrew when show a tooltip in XAML UI or Combobox Selected and so on.
XAML UI has a little flashing.

I found the issue in Direct2D lighting effects sample.
How to workaround the issue who help me?

You're likely running into a known issue in the Consumer Preview that causes this to happen on some hardware.  This can happen whenever you open/close a Popup control (which include tooltips and ComboBox dropdowns).  Unfortunately the only workaround for the Consumer Preview is to avoid Popup controls.
