I am totally new to Visual Studio. I just installed it. All went smooth. Now I try to get started and run the demo application. But the build is creating hundreds of errors.   A typical description is 'cannot open source file errno.h' and it refers to a file cerrno. I find a file cerrno in the folder ...\include. It has some code with an #include statement for "errno.h". but there is no such file in this folder. There are dozens of errors like this. What is wrong?
