Have anyone tried using a non-standart installation name for the BizTalkMgmtDb database?

Currently the ESB.BizTalkOperationsService is failing, as it is tring to make calls to BizTalkMgmtDb database (stored proc),and as the source code for this service is not provided, I could not check how the call is made. (by the way, why this code is not provided, I thought that the whole toolkit is community edition)

Obviousely some activities on the Portal is failing as well due to the dependancy on this service.

I checked the different web.config files and the configuration files for ESB, I could not find any reference to change this value.

One more note: I remeber that the ESB configuration tool mentioned that it failed to connect to BizTalkMgmtDb - but the configuration succeed! (although the BizTalkOperationsService was not installed, and I had to manually install it, i.e. create the VDir, etc...)

Any ideas?
