Hi,

I think there are several options. 


1) You can add a router service with multiple resolvers. The first resolver you use for wathever you want to do, sent the message to a client, etc. The second resolver you use to send the message to a location where it is picked up by another onramp and itinerary that log messages.

2) You can create a custom orchestration that logs messages and ad it the esb.config file so it will be accessable as an itinerary service. Then you can use it  in all your itineraries,.
