I want to implement "Speech to Text" conversion functionality in my web application. Wherever, I read and listened, System.Speech OR Microsoft.Speech Library are used for only Desktop applications but i am working with web application. So how i can implement "Speech To Text" Conversion using javascript/ flash and Silverlight in web applications.

Please provide me reference link or any idea about this....
