Metro style apps need to be deployed to the system on which they are to run. For typical end user use this will occur through the store once it is fully open. For testing you can create a deployment package in Visual Studio from the Project.Store.Create App Package menu. This package can be deployed for testing to other systems with a developer license. See Testing Metro style apps on non-developer systems
