Being a developer, I was wondering if the 8.1 update will be integrated with webkit. This is because a lot of apps such as kik messenger are far behind its other counterparts on other OS systems with updates. This will be a huge advancement allowing many developers to take advantage and provide more apps to the store and updates for already existing apps. 

I apologize for the lenghty rant but I believe this is something that should be installed if not already, but yes my question being if webkit will be integrated.
