I have written a search program that hunts through a directory structure for files of a certain name or containing certain text.

Some file types do cause a problem using this method because the text is not stored as a raw string. .DWG is on of them.

I did ponder using an external library to decode them, but I''m thinking about size when it comes to my program. I am trying to keep it light and those libraries come with functions for decoding straight lines, arcs, etc when I''m just after the text.

Any ideas?
