when i start my computer the CPU meter gadget shows that RAM of system is 70% in use and if i start visual studio or some other software the CPU meter shows RAM usage to nearly 80-95%.

My question is, is there any way to clean the RAM

I set my virtual memory high (about double recommended) My memory usage shows about 40% even if im not running anything. When I''m running multiple programmes im stil at 40% (paging) it seems to work quite well. I tweek my system constantly to get every bit of performance out of it that I can.
