What value should I change to turn off the reveal effect?

It seems not possible to disable the reveal highlight. From Navigation view, it shows that "When hardware and software requirements are met, NavigationView automatically uses the new Acrylic material and Reveal highlight in its pane." The reveal highlight is used in NavigationView automatically.
