I want to convert audio/video file format without encoding using Expression Encoder Pro 4.
I have mp4 files that contains AAC audio data and H264 video data, and I want to change its format to PIFF(with .isma/.ismv extension) with DRM protection.
However, EE4 seems to re-encode files even if I specify the same codec, bit rate, frame rate, and aspect ratio.
Anyone have any suggestions? 

here my detail.

A.    Version and SKU of Expression Encoder.
 Expression Encoder Pro 4
 Version 4.0.1639.0

B.    OS used and whether it's 32 or 64bit.
 Windows XP SP3 32bit

C.    If using a device, the model and version of the drivers.
 No device.

D.    If using a source file, file type and video and audio codecs.
 Audio: AAC-LC
 Video: H264.Baseline

E.     If 3rd party codecs are used to deal with this source, the name and version of each of them.
 No 3rd party codecs.

F.     If specific encode settings are required, the job or the preset.
 Encode->Output Format: IIS Smooth Streaming
 Output->Security: Digital Rights Management : On
                            License URL, Key Id and Key Seed are filled.

When you add DRM you will always need to re-encode the video as it needs to be encrypted. There isn't a way to get around this. It will also re-encode if you switch from .mp4 to .ism(v) even if you have the same settings though it may be a bit quicker.
