Hello, Is there any templates out there that i can add to expression encoder 4 pro, that will show a thumbnail preview while scrubbing the time line, just like netflix?

You can do this. First you need to add markers and check the thumbnail check boxes next to them. The following templates support this feature (These use the button labeled 'Chapters List' to display the image and timestamp):
