I have dragged labels and values onto my report, placing them above my graph. The labels are positioned at many different locations, and look as such when designing in visual studio...

report was rendering fine until I tweaked some things with the graph setting (but not involving the labels)

First of all enable grid so you can see the grid lines and adjust your fields according to grid. Another thing is that graph grows dynamically so this might be creating problem.
